Mediation

Mediation can most easily be understood as facilitated communications toward an agreement. In mediation, participants themselves, with the mediator’s impartial assistance, resolve their own dispute, seeking fairness and the maximization of benefits. Family, business, property, and organizational disputes can be effectively mediated to a fair and constructive resolution that participants believe in and will comply with.

Mediation has risen and is developing as an alternative to courts way of settling disputes. Traditional court methods of tackling civil disputes now associate with high costs, long-lasting proceedings and growing charges for legal assistance for all the sides involved, while eventually benefit is consumed by the only winner. As a wise alternative mediation helps reach a “win-win” solution.

Our law firm  MARIOS K. MITSIDES LLC through Marios Mitsides and Christiana Mitsides, who both are Registered Mediators and members of the Mediators Association, are offering mediation and Cross –Border Mediation services.
